Qualifications

• Be passionate about the Internet and where this technology can take us
• Have 3-5+ years of professional experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/AJAX
• Experience with, Ruby on Rails, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), ASP.NET, J2EE or related technologies is a strong plus
• Have 3-5+ years of professional experience with software release cycles, source control systems, and QA processes
• Have professional experience in one or more of the following: web standards, cross-browser development, performance measurement & optimization, OOD/OOP, MVC
• Have a background in computer science principles and practices
• Must be capable of managing your time well and working efficiently without close supervision.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
